New Fiat 500CbyDIESEL Convertible Hits UK Showrooms


Fiat has a special edition version of its 500 for just about everybody. Only days after the arrival of the �30k Abarth 695 Tributo Ferrari, the Italian automaker announced the launch of the fashion-inspired, 500CbyDIESEL which goes on sale in the UK today.

The convertible version of the 500byDIESEL gets the same distinct features as the tin top model including the unique 16-inch alloy wheels and the denim fabric interior, plus a new Midnight Indigo Blue exterior color, which Fiat claims is reminiscent of stone-washed denim jeans.

Knight Rider KITT Replica up for Auction on eBay


Found for sale on eBay is a reproduction -and a quite convincing one at that- of one of the biggest icons of our childhood: the Knight Industries Two Thousand, or as most of you know it, K.I.T.T.

Like the original car used in the Knight Rider series during the '80s, this here replica is based on a 1982 Pontiac Trans Am and comes with all the cosmetic bells and whistles of the TV car including the cool to look at, but far from practical, cut steering wheel and electronic displays on the dashboard that lights up like a Christmas tree.

2011 Nissan Dualis Crossover Subtly Updated in Japan


The Nissan Dualis, which is the Japanese market version of the firm's European Qashqai, has received some modest refinements for the 2011 model year focused on the exterior, interior and improved fuel economy.

The styling enhancements to the compact crossover's exterior are limited to the reworked front grille, the chrome detailing on the door handles and a fresh design for the 18-inch alloy wheels, plus the availability of six new colors including a Brilliant White Pearl three-coat pearl paint finish.

Supercar Concepts from the Swansea Metropolitan University Degree Show


Automotive design students from UK's Swansea Metropolitan University tapped into the deepest wells of their imagination to create their final year projects and exhibit them at the 2010 Degree Show, which was held in July at the National Waterfront Museum in Swansea Marina. Thanks to the crew over from 'Car Body Design', we can show you some of the conceptual projects that were on display.

These include the Alfa Romeo Stradale 50, a mid-engined supercar said to combine the curvy lines of the 8C Competizione with the more angular detailing of the 159 and Brera; the Duesenberg 2100 that revives the iconic brand from Indiana with a futuristic take on the Art Deco theme; the exotic BMW Formula 1; the Ginetta G80 sports coupe and last but not least, the Aston Martin Viceroy. Surf's Up for Chevrolet's Spark Woody Wagon Art Car


First of all, to put your taste buds at ease, the Chevrolet Spark Woody Wagon isn't a production model nor will its woodgrained vinyl paneling and whitewall tires be available as an option from the maker. The Spark Woody is a one-off art car that recalls the surf movement in the USA of the late Fifties and early Sixties - hence the surfboard, if you didn't notice.
